TableRegion: Unit Summary and Header/Stub display

 Description

Currently, the entries in the units summary are converted to base units and displayed in internal text format, which is not really nice.

Also, the spacing around formatted expressions is too big. In the image below, the vertical padding is set to zero, still there is plenty of whitespace above the expressions.

Proposal:

  • To generally display non-string contents of stubs, header, footer and unit summary as formatted SMath expression.
  • To adjust the vertical padding of symbolic expressions

As for the padding this is by my design; the text is vertical-aligned to the middle line of the cell to allow an easy mix of numeric data (meaning non standard number format) and symbolic/SMath data ("S:"). I'll think about a "top-padding based approach" ("Table 7" painted below) even if actually I have no ideas on how to have both the features...

         

About the use of  SMath's MathRegions on Default  Number format I just need to think on how to do this but in some way "was planned"...
