[LOCALIZATION] Chinese words input triggered twice

A localization bug: http://en.smath.info/forum/yaf_postst1431_Chinese-words-input.aspx#post7273 (bug description and hint for the fix)

Reproduced with the windows on-screen keyboard.

Unfortunately, seems that nothing changes (at least using the Windows virtual keyboard)

Future version of SMath Studio has improved handling of user input. Probably fix is already not required.

Need to test using future version of the program.
