Maxima: Safe translation of special characters

 Description

Some special characters in variable and function names are modified in the translation process.

SMath -> Maxima -> SMath

a,b -> a_b -> a,b

a_b -> a_b -> a,b

This renders Maxima unusable in cases where names such as __x__ are used. One example is the Nonlinear Solvers plugin, function Taylor

Proposal: replace _ by %underline and , by %komma in names.

This issue is resolved by SVN Version 894 of the Maxima plugin. Format of MaximaRegion is still subject to change, therefore no roll-out yet.
