Printing: Spoiled sheet layout

 Description

When printing the attached SMath sheet, the regions layout is spoiled in the preview as well as in pdf output.

The same holds for the pdf output by Andrey's pdf export plugin.

Exporting mechanism fixed. Functionality of "=" option for print preview / print out and all plug-ins based on IExportWorksheet repaired.

Investigated that the reason is option "Use '=' sign for all definitions and equalities on print out".

When this option is checked worksheet export has errors.
