Maxima: Translation error of powers

 Description

Powers of products are not correctly translated to Maxima.

Extremly dangerous bug

Part of the problem might be caused by unreliable performance of "optimization none" in native SMath. This, however, does not explain the dependence on the variable name.

Also, there seems to be a problem in the debugger.

This is mitigated by SMath release 0.97.5280.
