[DEV][ER] Can't upload plugin: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

 Description

I'm trying to upload this plugin (Interfaces: IPluginHandleEvaluation, IPluginLowLevelEvaluation, IPluginRegionDrawing). The Extensions Registration panel returns this error:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

 

Let me know if I've missed something in the code or is a bug.
