Maxima: handling of dead or hanging maxima processes

 Description

Here is an example for a maxima command which hangs. The plugin fails to kill the process after successful restart of a new one. Therefore an increasing number of maxima processes is spawned upon recalculation.

fixed in MaximaPlugin SVN 960. No more spawning spurious processes
