SMath 0.97.5346

The function requires the second argument to be a list or a matrix, scalars don't seem to be allowed. The request is to allow scalars. An annoying side effect is that 1x1 matrices are hard to tell from bracketed scalars. http://smath.info/bts/Issues/IssueDetail.aspx?id=154
