 Description

First of all, congratulations for the exccelent work involving SMath Viewer. In my opinion, it is one of the most useful plugins I've found in SMath so far. I hope it still continue to be improved.

I don't know if I am the only one facing this problem, but everytime I create a new .exe file my antivirus (Kaspersky) detects it as a Trojan and delete it.

I've searched about it on the internet but the only thing I found was this link  which suggests that it is recognized as a virus because "this file is not digitally signed".

I hope someone can help me out with this, it's a great plugin and it's a shame for it to be detected as a virus.

Thanks beforehand for the support.

Regards

That's really insightful feedback, and you're definitely not alone! It's frustrating when an excellent, genuinely useful tool like the SMath Viewer plugin gets flagged by antivirus software. The explanation you found about the missing digital signature is spot on—that's a very common reason why security programs like Kaspersky flag custom or niche .exe files. Hopefully, the developers can look into getting it signed in the future, but for now, you might need to add an exception for the SMath Viewer output folder in Kaspersky to keep enjoying those executable files. ragdoll hit
