SS-2380: [Writer Region]: File selection button in Hyperlink edit dialog is dead

Description

SMath 0.98.6089 with updated writer region plugin:

If I try to edit the link destination (using the link button from the toolbar) then the file selector button is dead.

BTW, in the text region utilities toolbox, the selector button works as expected.
