[Image Region] File access problems

SMath 0.98.6096

In the image region, there seem to be file access problems. They are not easy to reproduce, but the observations are like this:

I refer to the feature, that you provide the file name in the placeholder

- svg images display and update without problems except they render with wrong text placement, as already reported.

- png images sometimes display, sometimes not. If there is a svg image of the same name, the svg is displayed instead of the png.

- Cloning a region can confuse SMath (document must be closed and re-opened),

We recently tested the freeware.pdftopng library and use it for the maxima draw regions because we experienced an unintended interference with image regions.

Your library produces excellent pdf renderings, whereas pdftopng or our usage of it is lousy and slow.

I didn't experience the issue any more after a while of testing.

partially fixed (build 6103). Smath workbook attached in the bug report displays correctly. File access problem was fixed. Clone/copy was fixed. Proper rendering of SVG files produced by Maxima was not fixed since the only solution (roll back to a different render engine) will create a different set of rendering issues.
