 Description

Noticed twice on opening an existing worksheet, leave it here just in case it happens again.

Bad loading:

Normal loading (from same instance of SS that loaded it wrong before):

Thank you Andrey!

Opened again because it affects even TextRegion's hyperlinks (linked worksheet opens with origin in the last cursor location)

Thank you! Reproduced.

To recreate this issue one needs to be fast :) You need to open a worksheet and while it opens click somewhere in the document to change cursor location from 0,0 to another one. As soon as it is done all Regions which are not placed on the worksheet yet will be displaced accordingly.

Already fixed locally.

Thanks again.
