Decimal symbol not updated in variables' names while changing settings

 Description

When decimal symbol is changed from settings dialog, names of functions/variables/units with subscripts are not updated; this ends in immediate wrong painting and hamful effects if worksheet is saved before the change (on next reopening subscripts are removed and variable with similar names might results in conflict state)

Fixed. Fix will be available in the next SMath Studio version.

Yes, it is known issue. That is why there is an alert with request to restart the program appears.

Previously it was not possible to fix it but after latest significant changes in sessions management we have everything to correct this behavior. Let's leave this issue as is for now.
