type not updated when scalar changed to/from 1x1 matrix

 Description

Whan a number is wrapped in a 1x1 matrix then the scalar type is kept in all the following evaluations; vice-versa when a 1x1 matrix is replaced with a scalar with same value of the first element, the matrix type is kept.
