[X-Y Plot] Default settings for font size in plots

 Description

The default font size in SMath Studio is 10pt, whereas the default font size of labels and titles in the X-Y plot region is 12pt. (right plot below)

For more consistent appearance, I'd recommend to reduce the default values, i.e. set the default font size of labels and titles to 10pt and for legend and ticks to 8pt (left plot below)

Implemented  18/09/06, looks good.

More cosmetic consistency issues (may all be a matter of taste)

- ticks in courier new (matches numbers in math).

- same initial plot region size as built-in region. At least drop the portrait format and switch to square or landscape.
