Description

This might be related to SS-3569.

1. Single click in a collapsed area;

2. Hover the pointer over the top or bottom borders of the collapsed area, the 4-arrows mouse pointer appears;

3. Single click >>> the region will move down with a shift equal to its uncollapsed height
