After updating SMath from 0_98_6484 to 0_99_6884 the inclution of files didn't work any longer.
Installing an available upgrade of the include-plugin solved the problem.
SMath didn't gave me a warning about the now defunct plugin or the availability of an update nor did it install the update automatically.
In this case the problem was recognized and solved quickly, however with other plugins the errors could be more subtle.
