Environment.CurrentDirectory not updated on worksheet focus/change

 Description

Set as low since it affects mainly non.evaluable regions.

  • Functions and evaluable regions can rely on Store.FileName
  • Regions can rely on Parent.Params.FileName

priority changed because it affects the behavior of built-in functions such as importData()
