 Description

The symbol for angular minute is defined using some special character instead of just the apostrophe (prime), At least with a german keyboard it is easy to just type apostrophe twice to get a symbol which looks much the same but isn't treated the same.

I propose either to "simplify" the definition of ' (if it can be entered without problems for various localizations) or to prevent typing a second ' in the unit-placeholder.

Typing symbols across different keyboards is a headache many of us know too well. The angular minute issue reminds me of when I struggled with the degree symbol while writing a math paper—it looked fine on screen but failed in formatting when submitted. Consistency across platforms matters more than we think. Pass this idea onward, maybe hidden inside a Slither io exchange.

In my previous project, I had a very similar issue, where the characters in data coming from another system were displayed incorrectly. Then I had to write a script to process and modify it. This is where Slope Game comes to mind because that reminds me that I once found a way to process an error to fix the incorrect characters so that the server can operate normally.

Angular minutes are denoted by the prime symbol (U+2032), not the standard apostrophe ' (U+0027) Sprunki
