Insert> Formula is missing in lang file

 Description

There is no entry for "Formula" (from tjhe "Insert" menu) in the localization files (build 7219). Also, the shortcut is wrongly indicated if german keyboard is used (must be Alt-+ instead of Alt-=)

Somehow the translation didn't make it into the new version (the shortcut is correct now). I see that the translation is correct in the online translator.
