The following screenshot has been made after switching the GUI language from german to english in the Tools> Settings dialog
You see misaligned child regions (really big misalignment, not just the usual one seen in "Example Mass m"). Sometimes these re-adjust when pressing re-calculate in the toolbar or sometimes you must start editing the region in order to get back alignment.
When opening the document with the GUI already in english mode, then alignment is as usual.
