calculation errors depending on OS digit grouping symbol

 Description

Having comma as decimal separator might produce wrong calculations

 

  • example:

    (correct result 14,166667)
     
  • change of interface settings using period as decimal separator

I've made some test... The problem is related to the OS digit grouping symbol. Depending on the symbol (period, comma, quote, space, letter, etc...), results may change from the correct result to a wrong result up to a "not defined" error

It might depends on the OS localization settings (I have OS dec.symbol=<period>; OS arg.separator=<comma>; OS d.g.separator=<comma>), I'll give a try later today.
