[Currency Units]: no display of exchange rates, no units and strings accepted

 Description

In the current state (2023 04 23), there seem to be some problems:
- SetCurrencyUnits(2) doesn't display the exchange rates
- The base unit must be specified as an undefined variable name. Units (even not the units defined by the plugin) or strings don't work.
- Russian rubles (RUR) seem to be missing.
