Crash when inserting an image into a worksheet

Description:
 
SMath Studio crashes immediately after inserting an image.
 
Steps to reproduce:
 
Open SMath Studio (v1.2.1 build 12345).
 
Go to Insert → Picture.
 
Select any .png or .jpg file.
→ Program freezes and closes without error.
 
Expected: The Image should appear in the worksheet.
 
Actual: The App freezes and exits.
 
System:
 
Windows 11 Pro 64-bit that's not my neighbor
