Cutom Regions: mouse jumps

 Description

OnMouseMove(MouseEventArgs e) can't recognize that the mouse goes outside the region when you move fast the pointer (mouse jumps out from the region and the coordinates are not updated)

A way could be to introduce an OnMouseOut event (like in js)
