Maxima: Translate boolean expressions

 Description

Boolean expressions including those resulting from cases() should be wrapped in charfun() in Maxima.

Then, these can be plotted and integrated.

A workaround is to do that manually on SMath side.

In SVN 2418 there is no default charfun wrapping.

Translation works but charfun() has to be applied only to the top level of a boolean expression.
