fixed the links... you have copy-pasted a shotened representation of the url generated by the forum (look at the three dots in the middle), the underlying link is different


Often these problems with plugins are just some weird localization issue (sometimes not); I've uploaded recently an updated Development Tools plugin, the "system informations" report might help us to reproduce the issue.
