There you don't show the roughness value. Notice that the min(1,cos(theta)) it's cos(theta). Also, there the integration about y it's just 2*pi*int around x.

Don't know if this can be plotable or what you want. But it has your x!=0 condition.
Actually Razonars functions are more correct way to this calculation.
Yet this is a smaller and lazy version.

will invariably plot a 2D matrix ... therefore an image.
