Update of MaximaTakeover() (SS-1244, SS-2401)

Achtung: In früheren Versionen des Plugins galt die Übernahme für die ganze Maxima- Sitzung der laufenden SMath-Instanz. In der aktuellen Version erfolgt die Übernahme durch Definitionen der Art int(f,x)=Int(f,x) im aktuellen Rechenblatt oder Anweisungsblock. Damit werden ungewollte Wechselwirkungen zwischen Rechenblättern vermieden.

Note: In former versions the takeover state was set for the whole SMath instance (with side effects between multiple sheets). In the 2017 version of the plugin, the takeover state is done by re-defining the internal functions local to the current sheet or program.

PDF output in Draw2D and Draw3D

The functions now can generate PNG, PDFand SVG output. PNG is default. The files are always created with random names in the plugin directory and copied to their destination if a filename is given. The format is defined by the filename extension. If you specify just "svg" or "pdf", the actual random file name is returned and can be used for file access in the image region placeholder. Limitations: SVG: text alignment is not correctly displayed in the image region (in inkscape they show up correctly) PDF: the temporary files can't be copied due to a file lock by gnuplot. The image region, however, can display them. Reset to original size doesn't work, however.
