 Description

I'm working to a way to introduce sections on SMath documents.

A first region (SectionTitleRegion) provides an auto-enumerated title for chapters and regions:

Features:

- Up to 10 levels (done)

- Symbols/text before/between/after numbers  customizable (grey zone) (done)

- Title (done)

- Edit title on canvas like TextRegions (done)

- Multilanguage (TODO)

- Title indent (done)

- Custom font (done)

- Auto update w/o worksheet evaluation (done)

- Numbering type: numbers, romans, latin (done)

- Share settings between regions (done)

- Styles (TODO)

Another region (TOCRegion - Table Of Contents) will list and links all available section titles.

Features:

- Auto Update;

- Free position on the canvas;

- Split by sets or by numbering (auto?);

- Styles;

Hello Martin :)

Predefined styles are on my plans, but would be a further improvement, because I want a feedback about the basics of the plugin before.

I'm trying also to add functions to apply properties to section's sets  and levels

I'll think about your proposal to collapse the levels, but as idea the table of contents (TOC) should send you directly to a selected section like an anchor link. making the TOC itself a collapsed view of the worksheet. Moreover I'm thinking to mechanisms to split the TOC in multiple regions.

Moreover, if all works fine, TOC could be extended or duplicated in another region to do the same job with other regions (AreaRegion, separators, plots, etc...)

How about pre-defined styles for individual levels?

How about making the levels collapsible? An alternative would a numbering mechanism and style adjustment for area regions.
