[Snapshot Region] Hotkey is masked by builtin search function

 Description

The indicated hotkey Ctrl-F in the Insert menu does not create a snapshot region because it invokes the search function. Instead of inwenting a new hotkey such as Shift-Ctrl-F. the region can well go without hotkey.
