placeholder font-size in CustomRegions

 Description

if you select a CurtomRegion and you change the font size:

- the size property changes but the region is not invalidated  (placeholder's font-size appearance still remain the same)

- the clone (ctrl+drag) is like the original (ctrl+c + ctrl+v display the region correctly).
