Hello,
I encountered a small problem with the function diff(1)(also using mathematical Panel)
[albumimg]343[/albumimg]
correct insertion you can get with the diff(2)function, or with the diff(1) function + ";"
[albumimg]344[/albumimg].

AFAIK diff(1) is only for writing math (like lim or prod(1))
(but it's possible to enable the numeric evaluation by using the Maxima plugin)

Ok,
in earlier versions, however, the math Panel inserted deff(2) automatically. He was more comfortable in my opinion.

Ah ok, now I see... Function's toolbox inserts diff(1) instead of diff(2)
I agree with you, until diff(1) is not a working function, diff(2) is better as first choice.

Functions palette fixed. Diff button restored to insert diff() function with two arguments. Will be available in the next SMath Studio build.
