Toggling between "Presentation'" and "edit" modes - Can't switch to "Edit" mode - Messages

I am a new user with 30+ years of MathCad experience. Downloaded Smath, purchased license.
It looks like it is in the "Presentation'" mode and I wasn't able to switch it to "Edit". Please advise.

Hello, what do you mean by "presentation" and "edit" modes?
If you can't edit the document content, verify that the "Read-only" flag in the document properties is not checked.
