Smath Studio for Mono users, please help me.

I installed SMathStudioDesktop.0_99_7030.Mono under linux but cannot use Online Gallery in Extensions Manager.
I get the error "Error: TrustFailure (Authentication failed, see inner exception)".
At the same time, no errors are displayed on the terminal from which the program is launched.
I think it's about the mono platform settings. I tried to add to the certificate store
of the platform mono certificate "smath.com" but it didn't help.
I also tried importing all certificates from Mozilla Firefox into mono,
but that didn't help either. In the store "Trust" certificate "smath.com" now present, I checked.

What other settings should I pay attention to to solve this problem?

You can look at this tool to check if it is a certificates issue in your mono:

https://github.com/duplicati/duplicati/wiki/SSL-TLS-support-in-Mono

Also, AFAIK you have to trust the CA (certificates authority) not the website - should be let's encrypt

Really have a problem, but the reasons did not understand.

$ mono TlsTest.exe --web https://smath.com

Show Spoiler

The error number says nothing, but the WinError.h file is not in the system.

$ certmgr -list -c Trust

Show Spoiler

Certificates are present. Or did I misunderstand something?

Error code number took me here, then following the exadecimal value I found this...
- windows
- mono (seems related to mono <3.6)

Thanks for the tips, the problem was solved after I downloaded the fresh
ca-certificates file from Ubuntu repository and repeated cert-sync procedure.
In any case synchronized both from the normal user and from the superuser.
That solved the problem. I think I was missing
one of the root certificates, which is why the chain of checks was not completed.
