Error "DocumentDirectory" - function not defined in SS 98.6046 - Messages

Thank you very much Andrey for the latest SS 98.6046
However, I get an error "DocumentDirectory(.) - function not defined", when trying to import an EXCEL data file.
Several attempts with clean reintallations did not work.
The SS file and Excel data file are attached.
