CTRL+drag and CustomRegions - Messages

Some issues when copying CustomRegions (like built-in 2D plots) with CTRL+drag:
- when the description is enabled cause an oversized selection of the output; if the base region have a description and is disabled, some glitches appears
- if you select the original region and you change the font size, the clone have the same font-size of the original (CTRL+V display the output with the correct font-size)
