Hello,
This doesn't work for me:

Is this a bug or I don't know how to use it?

No, it is not a bug. This was mentioned few times here regarding the relative temperature scales. For instance, look at this link please Temperature scales and read the posts.

That's what I thought, just needed a confirmation. Not to worry, as long as 10degC<20degC :-)
