I have a matrix with system of values in it. I want to sum up all the column.
Could you help me with this?

It's necessary convert each system of your 5th column to a matrix by sys2mat() function, then you can stack each matrix from 5th column and do the summation:

Of course, Oscar’s proposal is a very interesting one
May I make a simple suggestion: avoid the use of “sys” data and replace it with a simple sum, as in my appended file.
