I've noticed that no one else has reported this publicly. It happens quite often. I try to access the Smath Studio website, and I get timeouts. Also, my name often turns yellow in the program (top-right corner by the Minimize/Maximize/Close button) at the exact same time, and I can't update plugins, showing that it's on your end. What's causing it to go down? It happens more in the morning and early afternoon (my local time) than in the evening.

I am in US as well. I can't say that I've had this issue. Perhaps issue with your ISP or DNS?

Sometimes, not often but very rarely, I come across this too.
However, I think problem is not SMath server. I suspect my ISP.

When it happens you can check if it is a site problem with external services like this.

If the site is up for the others then you can try to catch where is the issue with a "tracert smath.com" in a command prompt.
