Using Plugins along with old Versions <v1.0 - Messages
#1 Posted: 9/14/2023 2:39:21 PM
Hi,
I've been using smath for a long time now and I've been very happy with the freeware versions ....
In the last weeks I noticed that no plugins can be downloaded any more.
Is there a way to download the "old plugins" for the free version (
Would be good to get some help.
Regards

AFAIK, Studio versions were replaced by the unique Solver in May 2023
Solver is delivered with all pertaining Plugins.
Click on Tools ... enable all the plugins.
Solver is not a 1/1 version of the latest Studio.
Many Solver documents have to be reconstructed by hand, not Copy/Paste.
Some Solver can't be doctored from Studio ... Simply deceptive.

Some years ago I compiled an unofficial portable distribution with many plugins pre-installed. You find it in the wiki, follow the link in my signature.
Yet I can still access the online gallery with a non-activated copy of SMath solver (build 8348). Restrictions are with respect to commercial plugins, which are visible but locked.
When logging in (activating my advanced license), then these locks are removed.
The webpages for the extensions are all down at the moment but that is due to major infrastructural migration processes, so they might re-appear some day.
