In order to facilitate link and handbook page editing:

1. Either provide a region "Link" or provide a context menu entry for text regions: "Choose link target", which would effectively changing that region into a link.

2. Provide a context menu for links:
- Choose target (with file or url selection dialog, pointing to directory of the currently edited file)
- Open in new SMath instance (in order to facilitate copy/paste from related files)
- Edit text (that would allow to edit text and still following links by just clicking. Files with different mouse actions (click or Ctrl-click) frustrate the user. For editing links, the access via context menu is acceptable. Perhaps you may directly allow to choose the language to edit.
