Do page header and footers exist?
Can they be edited?
In the previous version of

The page numbers printed on the bottom 1/20, 2/20, etc.

Did I remove this or can I get this function back?

They exist and at least have a dialog for editing them. I am not aware of any changes in the inofficial version in that respect. Using my local copy of the most recently uploaded inofficial distribution, I printed an arbitrary help page to pdf and it has footer and header.

The settings are accessed via File> Page Setup
