Hello,

A strange problem appeared for me in accessing the Online gallery.

The official SMath is working well, but the unofficial plugin version (by Martin Kraska) reported an error - see the picture. What could be the cause of this?
Both versions are on the same computer. It happened when I switched the computer from the fixed IP address (office) to the dynamic IP adress (home). I changed the Net settings (proxy etc.) and Internet connection is working fine. I might missed something, but can not figure out what

Last weekend I had a similar issue, but it was vice versa, i.e. the installer version showed the same error and the inofficial one did not.

For me, the fix was
- to deinstall the official version,
- completely cleanup the settings directory
- install 0.96.4909 installer version
- download all required plugins
- take the x32 executable from the inofficial distribution

Eventuelly, it is sufficient to remove all extensions and download them again. This is probably faster than to find out which one caused the problem. But I guess that early versions of the Maxima plugin would be a good candidate to blame.

Edit: I had the problem again after installing the ODE solver plugin and can reproduce the problem. It is gone if I delete the corresponding dir from Extensions\plugins. This problem does not occure in the portable version, even if ODEsolver is installed. Both use the same executable (x32-tagged by uni), at least I think so (don't know how to tell).

It seems it recovered by deleting the entire /Extension folder and Gallery was accessible then (no error messages). I manage to reinstall all the plugins again.

I did not notice any problem regarding ODEplugin, as you mentioned.
