Implementation started

This component has many types of graphs. I hope that I can make them comfortable to use.
I think that this component will not work in Linux.

The API has changed significantly in recent versions of the program. I think it makes sense to create a new plugin using the new changes in API.

I will try to add support for most of the chart types.

Hi uni. Thanks for the new plugin. Two things. One, the link in the "credits" it's broken. This is, not the text for the sources, but the link in the html. Also, in the meantime, can you provide just one or two very simple examples? I don't know how to insert the ms chart.

Changes:
- serialization added;
- some default chart properties changed.
