Can we add a subscript to text in SMAth Studio?

I am not referring to variables. I know I can type '.' and then add any subscript.

You can subtext a text from Writer region.

You also have the ability to select a different font type/size (e.g., ｢Microsoft Uighur｣) to produce a subscript effect.

You can insert subscripts and superscripts inside a text region by typing "Alt + =" to insert a math region:

There is no mechanism for text superscripts like the '.' for text subscripts. Thus you have to use special characters as already mentioned here. Of course, if the subscript is to represent a power, then use the power operator '^'. It won't be part of the variable name, however.
