When writing a program withing a function with the line command, it would be nice to be able to easily insert rows in between existing rows. Finding the corner and expandnig the line isn't sufficient and cannot be done with the keyboard. Sometimes `SHIFT`-`DEL` does delete a line, but `SHIFT`-`INS` does not correspondingly insert a line.
