Can not create Advanced Offline License - Can not create Advanced Offline License - Messages

My local install of SMATH is not seeing its Advanced license, and I am not able to pull an offline license for it either.
I have lost some of the plug-ins previously activated in old worksheets rendering them non-functional.
Online activation only seems to yield Personal version on local machine.... but the online server has no record of the local machine pulling a license.
Anyone else having issues?
