Just introduced SMath in the Cloud in a new class few weeks ago, and today the students have to handle in an assignment.
They now reports about problem with two things:

- During sign-up the registration mail with "key" does not arrive in their inbox (and they have checked in spam-folder aswell)

- Text and claculations sometime suddently disappears - if the clikc in a calculation to correct something, text and calculations further down the page are just deleted...

I have never experienced this myself - but are the problems real, and how to handle them?

Tried it right now and works for me, I received the confirmations almost instantly...

Opened a new issue right now as SSC-3480, probably the same problem.

Also note, if these students are using a university email address, sometimes the admin will block emails before reaching the users inbox. Contact the admin if this is the case.
