Reference lines and revisions: I am not sure I understand what you mean. Can you provide qualified feature requests in the bug tracking system?
Search/Replace: Search is requested in SS-92
Multirenaming: I'd vote for that feature request. Would facilitate refactoring of large sheet.
Insert space: There is a workaround:
- insert an area region at the end of your document or an a new document
- extend that region to the amount of space you need by moving the bottom line
- collapse the region
- copy the region
- Paste it to the spot where you need the space
- expand the region and delete the delimiter lines.
If the required space is large, this might be faster than just pressing ENTER multiple times.

Proposed addition:
References Lines like maple or other soft
Management Revisions (with line referance of modified things)
Function Search / replace
Multirenaming of variable in throughout the document
Function insert lines (spaces) with a quantity asked by a popup
_____________________________
1. References Lines like maple or other soft:
Make an image of what you want, an image you can crop , paste the image in your WS.
2. Multirenaming of variable in throughout the document:
Within a program, click on the name you want to change, press F8 and rename
as you wish, all same name in the program will be renamed .
3. Function insert lines (spaces) with a quantity asked by a popup:
Put your cursor above the region where to insert lines,
hold 'Enter' key and get the stuff going down. Much faster
than any other suggestions. Mathcad users never asked that
question again after my suggestion.

Problem in there:
I don't see my reply post, all was correct.
Smath is critically missing plotting 3D matrix and the nested 3 matrices.
On that point, Smath rates 0
It limits Smath so badly in Engineering.
